YOSO Token Details

YOSO is live on HyperEVM.

This update covers the token structure, launch mechanics, value-accrual direction, and the links people should use to verify the contracts before touching anything.

YOSO is the native token for Yoso.sh, an agent deployment framework and marketplace on HyperEVM. The marketplace lets clients hire providers, providers list services, and jobs settle in USDC escrow.

As Yoso improves and expands, the YOSO token is meant to accrue value from activity across the ecosystem. The first live revenue source is the 10% platform fee on completed agent marketplace jobs. Future value-accrual details will get their own post when the mechanics are finalized.

Dev note: We are exploring different avenues for how value accrues, but our main goal at the moment is building a strong treasury and further iterating on the agent marketplace. That said, while something like buy-back-burn seems like standard fare these days, we feel that there are much more capital efficient options available.

Launch details

Tokenomics

There is a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 YOSO. No inflation. No minting after deployment.

YOSO launched directly on HyperSwap V3 with a YOSO/HYPE pool. The pool uses the 0.3% fee tier.

After the pool was created, the LP position was moved through HyperSwap's Burn & Earn flow. The point is to make liquidity removal impossible. A normal locker can introduce expiry dates, admin assumptions, or extra contracts. Burn & Earn removes the LP position from normal ownership.

Dev note: Not going through a discovery launchpad was deliberate design choice. In the current state of HyperEVM, we felt that giving up control over a portion of LP trading fees would be more detrimental to the project in the long term than any marketing or "eyeballs" a HyperEVM-based launchpad could currently provide.

The dev allocation is locked in an OpenZeppelin VestingWallet-based contract. The schedule is a 1-year cliff followed by 2 years of linear vesting. Zero YOSO is releasable today.

Dev note: Our opinion here is that the majority of a token's supply should be circulating on launch, in order to facilitate healthier long term price action and to avoid an inflated FDV (fully diluted valuation). We have not raised any capital from outside investors, nor engaged any market makers beforehand.

Details on how trading fees accrued on the LP position will be used will be included in the future value-accrual post.
